Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available, how reimbursement works, what is non-refundable, and how payment disputes and chargebacks are handled at E Funded.
1. Introduction
This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs refunds, reimbursements, chargebacks, and payment disputes relating to services provided by SequalFX Global LLC, trading as E Funded ("E Funded", "Company", "we", "our").
By purchasing any service from E Funded, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.
E Funded provides simulated trading evaluation services only and does not provide brokerage services, investment services, investment advice, portfolio management, securities dealing, or any regulated financial services.
Once any trade is opened, the account becomes ineligible for the seven-day unused refund described below.
2. General Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable except where explicitly stated in this Policy or where required by applicable law.
Challenge fees are paid for immediate access to digital services, simulated trading evaluation programs, account infrastructure, platform access, and related services.
3. Seven-Day Refund Eligibility
A customer may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days from the original payment date provided that:
- No trade has been opened on the purchased account.
- No evaluation activity has occurred on the account.
- No violation investigation is ongoing.
- The account remains in its original unused state.
Once any trade is opened on the account, regardless of profit or loss, the account shall be considered used and becomes ineligible for a refund under this section.
Refund requests submitted after the seven (7) day period will not qualify under this section.
4. Challenge Fee Reimbursement
Challenge fees may become eligible for reimbursement after the trader successfully receives three (3) approved payouts from the same funded account.
Fee reimbursement eligibility is subject to:
Compliance
Full compliance with Company rules and continued adherence to all policies.
Verification
Successful completion of all required KYC procedures.
Fraud Review
No fraud investigations, suspicious activity, or payment abuse concerns.
Account Status
No policy violations and continued account compliance throughout the period.
Reimbursements are not guaranteed and remain subject to Company review and approval.
5. Non-Refundable Events
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Failure to pass an evaluation.
- Breach of trading rules.
- Account violations.
- Account termination.
- Inactivity.
- Voluntary account abandonment.
- Trading losses.
- Strategy performance dissatisfaction.
- Platform misunderstanding.
- Failure to complete KYC requirements.
- Payout denial resulting from policy violations.
6. Cryptocurrency Payments
Cryptocurrency payments are generally irreversible.
Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where explicitly approved by the Company.
7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact E Funded support before initiating any payment dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal request.
Initiating a chargeback while continuing to use Company services constitutes a material violation of Company policies.
Where a chargeback is initiated, E Funded reserves the right to:
- Suspend accounts.
- Terminate services.
- Cancel payouts.
- Revoke funded account status.
- Recover losses, fees, and associated costs.
- Report abuse to payment processors and compliance partners.
8. Fraud Prevention
Refund requests associated with any of the following may be denied:
- Fraud.
- Identity misrepresentation.
- KYC failures.
- Payment abuse.
- Chargeback abuse.
- AML concerns.
- Sanctions concerns.
- Suspicious activity.
- False documentation.
9. Company Discretion
The Company may issue refunds, credits, reimbursements, or exceptions on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.
Any exception granted in one case does not create an obligation to provide similar exceptions in future cases.
10. Accounts Under Investigation
Refund eligibility does not apply to accounts that are:
- Suspended.
- Restricted.
- Terminated.
- Under compliance review.
- Under fraud investigation.
- Under payout investigation.
11. Processing of Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on payment providers, banking systems, cryptocurrency networks, compliance checks, and internal review procedures.
12. Policy Changes
E Funded reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund Policy at any time.
